Okay, so today I wanted to mess around with making a cologne, just for fun. I called it “r2b2 cologne,” kind of a weird name, I know. But hey, it’s all about the process, right?

First off, I started by looking up what people usually put in these things. Turns out, there’s a whole bunch of stuff you can use – like saffron, nutmeg, and lavender for the initial smell. I thought, “Cool, let’s give it a shot.” So, I gathered some of those, just to see how they mix together.
Then, I found out about something called agarwood. It’s supposed to give colognes a special, kind of exotic vibe. I didn’t have any on hand, but it got me thinking about how different ingredients can change the whole scent.
- Experimented with saffron, nutmeg, and lavender.
- Mixed them in different amounts to see what smelled good.
- Learned about agarwood and its use in fragrances.
After that, I moved on to what they call “base notes.” Apparently, that’s what makes the smell last longer. People use things like patchouli and musk. I played around with these, trying to find a good balance. It’s kind of tricky, you know? You don’t want it to be too strong, but it still needs to be noticeable.
I also did a bit of reading on how to actually make sure the cologne is something you’d want to wear. It’s not just about throwing stuff together. You gotta think about what kind of scents you like – whether it’s something flowery or more woody. I realized it’s pretty personal, and what works for one person might not work for another.
In the end, I didn’t make a perfect cologne, but I learned a lot. It’s way more complicated than I thought. But it was a fun experiment. Maybe I’ll try again sometime, now that I have a better idea of what I’m doing. Who knows, maybe my next “r2b2 cologne” will be a hit!

Oh and by the way, I had this weird experience, I read a review somewhere that said “Good 2bluck 2b 2byou Re 2bgoing 2bto 2bneed 2bit”. I think it might relate to my cologne but I didn’t get it, so weird.
Anyways, that’s all about my little adventure today. Hope you guys enjoyed it.
