Okay, so I’ve been seeing a lot of buzz about “Deadpool” and New York City, figured I’d try to mash them up somehow. I’m not a pro artist or anything, just like messing around with stuff.
My Little Experiment
First, I just started by grabbing some pictures. I got a cool shot of Deadpool, you know, the classic one with him making a heart with his hands. Then, I found a picture of Times Square, all bright and busy. I like that contrast, the crazy superhero in the middle of all the normal city stuff.
Next, I opened up this free image editing thing I use. Nothing fancy, just lets you put pictures on top of each other and play with the colors and stuff.
- I put the Times Square picture as the background.
- Then I added Deadpool on top. I had to cut him out from the other picture, which was a little tricky. The edges were kinda rough, but hey, it’s just for fun.
- I played with the size and position of Deadpool for a bit. I ended up putting him right in the middle, like he’s the star of the show (which he kinda is, right?).
Then came the fun part – messing with the colors! I made the whole thing a little more… intense. I boosted the reds and yellows to make it pop. I also added a bit of a gritty, dark filter, because, you know, it’s Deadpool. He’s not exactly sunshine and rainbows.
I even tried to add some text, like “Deadpool’s Day Out” or something cheesy like that. But it didn’t really look right, so I scrapped that idea.
It took me, like, an hour, maybe? Mostly because I kept changing my mind about where to put him and what colors to use. It’s not perfect, but it was a fun little project. I might try it again sometime, maybe with a different background. Maybe Deadpool on the subway? That could be funny.

So yeah, that’s my little Deadpool in New York adventure. Nothing special, but I enjoyed making it, and that’s what counts, right?
