Archie and Lilibet in 2024, What’s the Fuss About?
See, these young’uns, they ain’t just any kids. They got that royal blood, see? Prince Harry’s their daddy and Meghan Markle’s their mama. So, folks is always watchin’ ’em, kinda like hawks watchin’ chickens, ya know?
This year, 2024, it’s a big one for ’em. They’re growin’ up fast. Archie, he’s gettin’ to be a big boy now, maybe five years old, and Lilibet, that little gal, she’s about three, I reckon. Time flies, don’t it? Just like when my grandkid Sally went from a little snot-nosed baby to a teenager who talks back.
People are always takin’ pictures of ’em. Family stuff, fancy pictures, you name it. They say it’s so we can all see how they’re doin’, shar in’ their happy moments. I guess that’s nice, but honestly, I don’t see why everyone’s so nosy. When little Jimmy down the street took his first steps, we didn’t all snap photos, did we?

- Archie and Lilibet are growin’ up in the public eye, that’s for sure. Being royal kids ain’t like bein’ regular kids, I tell ya.

- Meghan, she talks about their family stuff sometimes. Holidays, traditions, things like that. Sounds like they try to make it normal for the kids, even though they ain’t exactly a normal family. Like that Thanksgiving they had; I bet that was some feast. I just hope they have the good stuff, like mashed potatoes and gravy, not that fancy foo-foo food.

- There are tons of pictures of these kids. Folks are always lookin’ at ’em, tryin’ to see if they look like their daddy or their mama. They say Lilibet’s got blue eyes like her daddy. Well, my Billy had blue eyes too, and he was the stubbornest mule I ever knew. Hope that little gal ain’t the same! They even had a picture of Lilibet on the fourth of July all dressed up, looking real cute. Reminds me of Sally when she used to dress up in her grandma’s old clothes.
Now, some folks were whisperin’ ’bout Archie, whether he was really Harry’s boy and all. But they did some tests, them DNA things, and it turns out he is. People always gotta gossip, don’t they? Can’t just let a family be. Seems like every time there’s a pregnancy in the neighborhood, there’s some old biddy questioning it.
What’s Next for Archie and Lilibet?
Well, nobody really knows for sure, do they? They’re just kids, after all. But people are gonna keep watchin’ ’em, that’s for certain. They’ll go to school, make friends, maybe get into mischief, just like any other kids. Only difference is, the whole world will be watchin’ ’em do it. It’s a lot of pressure, if you ask me. I sure wouldn’t want that for my Sally. She couldn’t even handle getting second place in the pie eating contest without throwing a fit.
2024 seems like a big year for them. They’re getting older, starting to have their own little personalities, I reckon. And Meghan and Harry, they seem like they’re tryin’ to keep things normal for them, even with all the craziness that goes with bein’ royal. But normal is hard to come by when you got cameras in your face all the time. Good luck to them I say.
