Well, that Suki Waterhouse, she was at the VMAs 2024, you know. I saw it on that TV thing. She was all dressed up, fancy like. September 11th, that’s when it was. Big place, that UBS Arena. She was there, posing and all that. She’s 32, that Suki. A singer and an actress, they say.
She was on that red carpet, all glamorous. That’s what they call it, red carpet. Fancy name for a rug, I reckon. At the MTV Video Music Awards 2024, that’s the whole name. In Elmont, wherever that is. She was happy, that Suki. All smiles. Said it was the best thing to go home and see her baby. She has a little one, you see. Little eyes, she said. Sweet, ain’t it?
She’s gonna give out an award, they said. One of the big ones. She was all in black, that Suki. Dramatic, they called it. Not like my old dresses, that’s for sure. All black, head to toe. It’s the 2024 MTV VMAs, big deal, I guess. Some folks like that kind of thing. I just like a good cup of tea, myself.
Oh, and that other girl, what’s her name? Selena? Selena Gomez. She wasn’t there. Usually is, at these things. Wasn’t at the Met Gala, or the Grammys either. Big fancy parties. She wasn’t nominated, they say. That’s why she didn’t go. I wouldn’t go if I weren’t nominated either. No point, is there? But that Suki, she was on the VMAs 2024 red carpet, strutting her stuff. That’s the life of a star, I suppose.

That Taylor Swift, she was there too. Always is, that one. Sitting with her friends. One of them is Margaret, I think. Married to some Jack fellow. He was there too. All friends together, having a good time. I saw it all on that TV. I guess it was the thing to be at, VMAs 2024. I’d rather be home with my chickens, myself, but that’s just me. That Suki, though, she did look happy. She talked about that baby of hers, that Suki Waterhouse at the VMAs. She was excited, like a kid with a new toy.
They say Suki is a big star now. Singing and acting. Good for her, I say. She looked happy on that VMAs 2024 red carpet. That’s all that matters, ain’t it? Being happy. I remember when I was young, we didn’t have all these fancy award shows. We made our own fun. But times change, I guess. Now it’s all about the MTV VMAs and red carpets and all that jazz. As long as they’re happy, that’s the main thing. And that Suki, she seemed real happy. Talking about her little baby, all excited, her eyes all lit up.
The VMAs 2024, big event, must have been. Lots of people there, all dressed up. I like to see the outfits, I’ll admit. Gives me something to talk about. That Suki, she wore all black, but some of them, they wear all sorts of colors. Bright and sparkly. Like peacocks, some of them. Not my style, but to each their own, I say. As long as they’re having fun. And that Suki looked like she was having the time of her life. So, good for her. I hope that baby of hers is doing good, too.
It’s a different world these young folks live in today. All these award shows and red carpets. Back in my day, we didn’t have any of that. We had the county fair, that was our big event. But times change, don’t they? Now it’s all about the MTV Video Music Awards, and who’s wearing what, and who’s winning what. It’s all a bit much for me, but I like to keep up with it. Keeps me young, I suppose. And that Suki, she’s a big part of it all now. Good for her. She seemed like a nice girl, talking about her baby like that. I bet she’s a good mama. That’s what important in the end, isn’t it? Being a good mama, whether you’re at the VMAs 2024 or just at home with your chickens.
