Okay, so today I decided to dive into the “rome street fashion” thing. I’ve always been fascinated by how people express themselves through clothes, and Rome seemed like a cool place to check out some unique styles.

First, I grabbed my camera – gotta document the journey, right? Then I hopped on the subway and headed towards the city center. I figured that’s where I’d find the most interesting looks.

Once I got there, I just started walking around. I mean, that’s the best way to do it, just keep your eyes peeled. I started near the Spanish Steps, figuring there’d be some stylish tourists and locals alike.

My Observations of the day

  • Lots of linen! It’s hot in Rome, so people were rocking linen pants, shirts, dresses – you name it.
  • Bold colors. I saw a lot of bright oranges, yellows, and reds. Not everyone was wearing them, but the ones who did really stood out.
  • Accessorize, accessorize, accessorize. Big sunglasses, chunky jewelry, scarves – Romans definitely know how to add those finishing touches.
  • Comfortable shoes,Many People were wearing sandals.
  • I even saw a few people with some really cool vintage pieces. Like, this one lady had this amazing embroidered jacket that looked like it was straight out of the 70s.

I spent a good few hours just wandering, snapping photos, and soaking it all in.

I did get a few weird looks when I raised up the camara, but most people didn’t seem to mind. Some even gave me a little smile or a nod, which was cool.
