Or you can just leave it down, all straight and shiny. It all depends on what you like and what kinda weddin’ you’re goin’ to.
But here’s the thing, no matter what kinda hair you got, you gotta make it last. Weddings, they can go on all day and all night. You don’t want your hair fallin’ flat halfway through. So you gotta use some hairspray, that sticky stuff, keeps everything in place. And maybe some bobby pins, them little metal things, holds everything together.
I remember when my niece got married, Lord have mercy, it was hot as blazes. And the wind, it was blowin’ like crazy. All them girls with their fancy hairdos, hair flyin’ everywhere. I just put mine in a braid, kept it outta my face. Practical, that’s what I am.
