Okay, so I saw this picture of Jennie Garth from, like, the 90s, and she was rocking these amazing jeans. I was like, “I NEED those jeans in my life!” So, naturally, I went on a mission to find them or, you know, something pretty darn close.
The Hunt Begins
First, I scoured the internet. I typed in everything I could think of: “Jennie Garth jeans,” “90s jeans,” “high-waisted mom jeans”… you name it, I searched it.
- Lots and lots of Pinterest boards.
- Some random articles about 90s fashion.
- A few promising eBay listings… but nothing quite right.
Narrowing it Down
I realized I needed to be more specific. What was it about those jeans? They were high-waisted, for sure. A light-ish wash. And definitely a relaxed fit, but not, like, super baggy.
So I refined my search. I started looking at specific brands that were popular back then. I’ve check brands like Levi’s which is popular.
The “Aha!” Moment
I finally stumbled upon a few pairs that were close! they’re the style I’m looking for!I was so excited!
Trying Them On
I ordered two different size, just in case.
The jeans arrived. I tried them on.
The Verdict
They weren’t exactly like Jennie’s, but they were close enough! The fit was great, the wash was perfect, and they gave off that cool, effortless 90s vibe I was going for. I paired them with a simple white tee and some sneakers, and honestly, I felt pretty awesome. Mission accomplished! I’m so happy I found and got them.
