Well, let me tell you ’bout this Wendy Williams, you know, the one always on TV. I seen her a few times, loud woman, but she tells it like it is, I guess. Don’t know much about her young days, but from what I hear, she wasn’t always so fancy. Wendy Williams Young, that’s what they’re talkin’ about, right?

This girl, she started out on the radio, chattin’ away ’bout all sorts of things. Said she talked ’bout her own life, the good and the bad. Miscarriages, them boob jobs she got, all of it. Can you imagine? Telling everyone your business like that? But folks liked it, I reckon. They ate it up. She was real, I guess, not like them other fancy TV folks who pretend everything’s perfect.
- She talked about her personal life, even the hard stuff.
- People liked her because she was honest, they say.
- She started on the radio, then went to TV.
They say she had it rough as a young’un. Teenage years weren’t easy, and then later on, she got sick and all. Health problems, they call it. And somethin’ ’bout bein’ date-raped. Lord have mercy. That’s a terrible thing. She didn’t tell nobody for a long time, too ashamed and scared, they say. Poor thing. And then her heart got broke again in 2019. Don’t know what happened, but it must have been bad.
But she kept on goin’, that Wendy. Made a name for herself, became a big shot on TV. Had her own show, you know. Wendy Williams Show, I think it was called. Always yappin’ away ’bout celebrities and their drama. And she had her own drama too, let me tell you.
She got married, twice even. First one didn’t last long, just a year or so. Then she married this Kevin fella, and they stayed together for a good long while, had a son named Kevin too. But that ended in a divorce, messy one I hear. All that money and fame, doesn’t buy you happiness, does it? They say her family, her sister Wanda and niece Alex, they been stickin’ by her through it all, and that boy Kevin too.
Now, they made a whole movie ’bout her life, a documentary they call it. Showin’ everything, even the ugly parts. Her drunk, cryin’, fallin’ apart. Must be hard, lettin’ everyone see you like that. But she says it’s her truth. Laughs, cries, the whole shebang. She ain’t afraid to show it all, I’ll give her that.

I seen some pictures of her when she was younger, just startin’ out. Different from how she looks now, all dolled up. She worked hard, that’s for sure. Radio, then TV, buildin’ her empire, they say. From the bottom to the top, like one of them rags to riches stories. But it wasn’t easy, not one bit.
This documentary, they say it shows everything. Her struggles, her successes, her ups and downs. The joys and the humiliations, like they say. Even them fights she had with other famous folks. She ain’t one to back down, that Wendy. Always speakin’ her mind, even if it gets her in trouble.
So, yeah, that’s what I know ’bout Wendy Williams Young. A tough woman, been through a lot. Made somethin’ of herself, even though life threw her some curveballs. Don’t always agree with what she says, but you gotta admire her grit, I guess. She’s a fighter, that one. And she ain’t afraid to tell her story, no matter how messy it gets.
And you know, that’s more than most folks can say. Most folks just keep their troubles hidden away, pretendin’ everything’s fine. But Wendy, she puts it all out there for everyone to see. Maybe that’s why people like her, I don’t know. But she’s somethin’ else, that’s for sure. A real character, like they say.
