Okay, so I wanted to dive into 2012 men’s fashion. Gotta say, it was a bit of a trip down memory lane!

Getting Started
First, I scoured the internet. I mean, I spent hours just looking at old runway photos and magazine scans from 2012. I wanted to get a good feel for what was actually happening back then, not just what people think happened.
The Deep Dive
Then, I started organizing everything. I made a huge digital mood board. Pinterest was super helpful for this. I dumped everything in there – colors, patterns, specific pieces of clothing, you name it.
- Lots of photos.
- Notes on fabrics.
- Even some old blog posts I found!
Putting it Together
Next, I started sketching. Not like, fancy fashion illustrations, just rough outlines of outfits. I tried to recreate some of the looks I saw, but also experimented with mixing and matching different elements. It was messy, but fun! I wanted to see if I could take those 2012 vibes and make them feel… wearable today, you know?
Testing it Out
I dug many old clothes from my closet, but also from secondary maket. Then I tried some mix to see if it fits what I saw. It’s very funny.
Finally I got what I want, a mix of 2012’s and nowadays.

Final Thoughts
Honestly, revisiting 2012 fashion was a blast. It reminded me how much style has changed, but also how some things always come back around. It was a cool creative exercise, even if I don’t end up wearing any of these outfits out anytime soon!
