Okay, so today I decided to finally try out that place everyone’s been talking about, Jersey Boyz Subs. I’d heard their sandwiches were huge, so I was pretty pumped to give them a shot.
First, I looked them up online to see where they were located. Found the address, no problem. Hopped in the car and drove over. It wasn’t too far, which was a plus.
When I got there, the place was pretty busy, but not, like, insane. Good sign, I thought. I grabbed a menu and started looking it over. They had a ton of options! It took me a good few minutes to decide what I wanted. Lots of classic Italian stuff, some cheesesteaks, and a bunch of other things that looked tasty.
Making My Choice
Finally, I decided to go with the “Godfather” – seemed like a solid choice. It had a bunch of different Italian meats, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, and their special oil and vinegar dressing. Sounded amazing.
I went up to the counter and placed my order. The guy taking my order was super friendly, which is always nice. I also grabbed a bag of chips and a drink while I was at it.
Then, the waiting began. It wasn’t too long, maybe 10 minutes or so. While I waited, I just people-watched. Seemed like a lot of regulars were there, which is usually a good sign that a place is consistently good.
The Moment of Truth
Finally, my number was called. I grabbed my sandwich, and man, it was BIG. Like, seriously huge. I found a table and unwrapped this beast. It looked incredible. All those layers of meat and cheese… I couldn’t wait to dig in.
I took my first bite, and… wow. Just wow. The flavors were amazing. The meats were all high-quality, the cheese was perfect, and the bread was soft but still had a nice chew to it. The oil and vinegar dressing was the perfect finishing touch. It wasn’t too overpowering, but it added just the right amount of tanginess.
Honestly, I struggled to finish the whole thing. It was so big, I ended up taking half of it home. But I enjoyed every single bite. Definitely lived up to the hype.

So, yeah, Jersey Boyz Subs? Totally recommend it. If you’re in the mood for a massive, delicious sandwich, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be going back to try some of their other * next time i could finish one whole sandwich!
