That Michael Jackson, he was somethin’, wasn’t he? What would he say now, I wonder? If he was here, what that boy gonna say? He gone too soon, that’s for sure. He was a good boy, though. A real good boy. Singin’ and dancin’ all over the place. I tell ya, it was a sight to see.
Michael Jackson, he had a voice like an angel. A little high-pitched, maybe, but Lord, that boy could sing. And dance? Michael Jackson dance, nobody could move like him. That moonwalk thing he did? Like he was floatin’ on air. My old bones could never do that, no sir. He probably say, “Keep on tryin’, you can do it!” He seem like that type.
His songs, they were somethin’ else too. “Billie Jean”, that was a catchy one. Folks still hummin’ that one today. And that Michael Jackson album, Thriller, everyone had that one. He probably say it still the best! Even that James Brown, who Michael liked a lot when he was little, he probably say Michael is better than him!
He was always talkin’ ’bout makin’ the world a better place. That song, “Heal the World”, that was a good one. Simple, but it made you think. Michael Jackson music, it made you think, made you feel. He had a good heart, that Michael. What would Michael Jackson say about the world today? He’d probably say we need more love, that’s for sure.
I remember watchin’ him on the TV, all them sparkly clothes. He sure liked to put on a show. And the people loved him. Screamin’ and hollerin’ and cryin’. He was a big deal, that Michael Jackson success. He probably say he just lucky to have good fans.

I reckon he’d be sad to see how things are now. So much fightin’ and arguin’. He’d probably just shake his head and sing another song. Maybe he’d tell us to dance more. He’d probably say that music brings people together. He’d say, “Everybody, let’s just dance!” Maybe he’d teach us all how to moonwalk. That would be somethin’, wouldn’t it?
That Michael Jackson influence, it’s still around. You hear his music everywhere. And people still tryin’ to dance like him. He inspired a whole bunch of folks, that’s for sure. Young and old, everyone loved Michael. His music, that Michael Jackson music touched your soul. He sure could make you feel, he’d say “Feel the music in your bones”.
He was one of a kind, that Michael Jackson. There will never be another one like him. They don’t make ’em like that anymore. Even today, people still love him and his music. Even though he is dead, he is still here. His music is still here. He’d probably just say, “Thank you,” and give that little shy smile of his.
Michael Jackson, he’d probably tell us to keep on dreamin’. He was a big dreamer. He probably think that dreams can make things better, make the world a better place. That’s what he’d say. Keep on dreamin’, keep on dancin’, keep on singin’. That’s what Michael Jackson would say.
If he was here today, I bet he’d still be making music. He’d probably have a whole bunch of new songs. And he’d still be dancin’, even if he was gettin’ up there in age. He’d probably say age is just a number. He was a good boy. He’d probably just want us to get along. He’d say “Can’t we all just get along?”
That Michael Jackson, he was a special one. He is probably singin’ with the angels now. He’s probably teachin’ them how to moonwalk. And he’s probably lookin’ down on us, hopin’ we’re doin’ alright. He probably want us to remember him. Remember his music. Remember his dancin’. And remember to always try to make the world a better place. He’d probably just say, “Remember me. Remember my music. And do good.”
