- Jewelry! A little sparkle never hurt nobody. A necklace, some earrings, maybe a bracelet. Just don’t overdo it. You don’t want to look like a Christmas tree. Unless that’s what you’re going for, I guess. You need something to make people look at you, right?
- You gotta have good hair. Doesn’t matter if it’s long or short. Just make sure it’s clean and brushed. Maybe put some curls in it, if you like. Or put it up in a bun. Whatever makes you feel pretty. That is good for a female.
Now, what kind of dress? Well, there’s them long dresses, like a princess. Or a short one, if you got good legs. There is also that sheer beauty, like a see-through dress. You have to be bold to wear something like that, I reckon. But them celebrities, they wear them, don’t they? Or a maxi dress. That’s a long one, all the way down to your ankles. Good for hiding your legs if you don’t like them, I suppose. You need to be the main focus, like them celebrities. Stand in the middle of the room, and you will be good.
Don’t forget about the sleeves. You can have a dress with long sleeves, short sleeves, or no sleeves at all. There’s even them fancy sleeves they call “statement sleeves.” Big and puffy, like a cloud. I don’t know about that, but to each their own, I say.
And you gotta be yourself. Don’t try to be someone you’re not. Even if you’re trying to look like a celebrity. Just be the best version of yourself, that’s all anyone can ask for. A masquerade party is just a party, after all. A chance to dress up and have some fun. It is for female to have fun. So don’t take it too seriously. Just enjoy yourself. And maybe eat some cake.
