Okay, so, I jumped on this whole Paris Fashion Week thing – the menswear spring/summer 2025 gig. Let me tell you, it was a wild ride from start to finish. I wasn’t even sure what to expect, but I was like, “Why not?” and just went for it.

Getting There
First off, I booked my trip. I decided to get there on June 18th because I saw online that the event runs from June 18th to 23rd. I booked the flight and found a decent place to stay – nothing fancy, just a comfy spot close enough to all the action. Once that was sorted, I started packing. I stuffed my suitcase with a bunch of outfits, not really knowing what the vibe would be. I just grabbed everything that looked halfway decent.
Diving In
When I got to Paris, the city was buzzing. I made my way to where all the shows were happening. The first thing I did was just wander around, trying to soak it all in. People were dressed to the nines, and the energy was insane. I started snapping some pictures, capturing the craziness around me. Street style was off the charts – seriously, everyone looked like they just stepped out of a magazine.
The Shows
I managed to check out a few shows throughout the week. Each one was different, but they all had this cool, creative vibe. The designers really went all out with their collections. There were so many bold designs, unexpected materials, and crazy patterns. I was taking notes like a madman, trying to keep up with all the new trends. Here’s a breakdown of the highlights:
- Bold Colors: Saw a ton of bright, eye-catching colors. Think neon greens, electric blues, and vibrant pinks.
- Innovative Fabrics: Lots of designers played with textures and materials. I saw everything from shiny, futuristic fabrics to more natural, textured ones.
- Unique Silhouettes: The shapes were all over the place. Some collections featured oversized, loose fits, while others went for more structured, tailored looks.
Mingling and More
In between the shows, I tried to chat with people. I met some other bloggers, a few photographers, and even bumped into a couple of designers. Everyone was super friendly and excited to talk about fashion. I got some good tips on what shows to see and where to find the best after-parties. Let me tell you, those parties were something else. Great music, interesting people, and a whole lot of style.
Wrapping Up
By the time June 23rd rolled around, I was exhausted but in a good way. I had seen so much, met so many cool people, and taken hundreds of photos. I felt like I had a pretty good grasp of what’s coming up in menswear for spring/summer 2025. It’s going to be an exciting season, that’s for sure. I packed up my stuff, grabbed a last croissant, and headed to the airport, already thinking about my next fashion adventure.

This whole experience was a blast. I went in not knowing much and came out with a ton of inspiration and a bunch of new contacts. If you ever get the chance to go to Paris Fashion Week, do it. It’s a whirlwind, but it’s totally worth it.
