Okay, so, I got really into tennis lately, right? And who’s the biggest name in tennis right now? Novak Djokovic. The guy’s a machine. And I noticed something—his butt. It’s like, perfectly sculpted. So, I thought, “I want that butt.” I’m not even kidding. I set out on a mission to get a Novak Djokovic butt.

First, I watched a ton of his matches. Not just for fun, but to really study how he moves. That guy’s all over the court, sliding, lunging, it’s crazy. I figured his butt muscles must be insane from all that action.

Then I started doing some research, some googling and stuff. Found some workouts that tennis players do. Lots of squats, lunges, and these weird sideways movements. I felt totally weird doing them at first, but then after a while, I kind of got into it.

  • Squats: I did like, three sets of 15 every other day. At first, my legs were on fire, but after a couple weeks, it became easier. I even add some weight after a while.
  • Lunges: Forward lunges, backward lunges, side lunges. These were a killer. But you can feel the burn in all the right places.
  • Lateral movements: This was the tricky part. I set up some cones and practiced shuffling side to side, like Djokovic does when he’s returning a serve. I felt super clumsy at first, but I think I got the hang of it.

I also tried to eat a little healthier. I read somewhere that Djokovic is gluten-free, but that seemed a little extreme for me. I just cut back on junk food and tried to eat more fruits and veggies. And I definitely drank more water.

It’s been a few months now, and I gotta say, I’m seeing results. My butt is definitely more toned, and I feel stronger overall. I even started playing tennis myself, and I’m not half bad! I can’t say for sure if I have a true “Novak Djokovic butt” yet, but I’m getting there.

The hardest part?

Consistency, man. It’s tough to stick with a workout routine, especially when you’re not seeing results right away. There were days when I really didn’t feel like doing those squats, but I just pushed myself. And the diet part was hard too. I love pizza, what can I say?

But seeing the changes in my body, feeling stronger, that’s what kept me going. Plus, watching Djokovic win another Grand Slam, knowing I was working on my own version of his butt, that was pretty motivating too, haha!

It is not easy but worth it.
