Okay, so I wanted to make a collage of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen photos for my Tumblr. I’ve been feeling nostalgic for their old movies and style lately, so I thought, why not make something fun?
Getting Started
First things first, I needed pictures! I opened up my browser and started searching. You know, just simple searches like “Mary-Kate Olsen 90s” and “Ashley Olsen fashion.” I also tried some specific movie titles, like “Passport to Paris outfits.”
The Hunt for Photos
- I spent a good chunk of time just scrolling through image results.
- It was kind of a trip down memory lane, seeing all their old looks!
- I saved a bunch of photos to a new folder on my desktop. I just right-clicked and chose “Save Image As…” Nothing fancy.
- I made sure to grab a mix of photos – some of them together, some solo shots, different outfits, and different vibes.
Making the Collage
Once I had a decent collection of photos, I needed a way to put them all together. I don’t have any fancy photo editing software, so I just used an online collage maker, and chose a simple grid layout.
I uploaded all the photos I saved and started arranging them. I played around with the layout a bit, swapping photos around until I liked how it looked.
Finishing Up
After I was happy with the arrangement, I downloaded the finished collage. It was super easy! Then I just uploaded it to my Tumblr and added some tags. Done and done! It wasn’t a super complicated project, but it was fun to do, and I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.
