Okay, so today I messed around with the “Kelly Becker” method, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a journey. I’m no expert, just a regular person who likes to try new things, and this one definitely kept me on my toes.

First, I gathered all my ingredients. I’m not gonna lie, I had to make a couple of substitutions because I didn’t have everything on hand. Improvise, adapt, overcome, right?
The Mixing Process
Then came the mixing. It was a simple job, and after that, I divided them into pieces.
Shaping and Proofing
After the mixing, it was time to give it a little proofing. This part felt like forever. I placed the dough in a warm spot and literally just waited.
Patience is a virtue, or so they say. My kitchen smelled amazing, though, so that was a bonus.

Baking Time
Finally, it was time to bake! I preheated my oven.
It was a really intersting job, and the bread came out looking pretty good, if I do say so myself. Golden brown, nice crust, the whole shebang.
Tasting
- Appearance:8/10
- Texture:7/10
- Taste:7/10-It’s good, but not a taste I am familier with.
The real test, of course, was the tasting. And honestly, it was pretty good.
All in all, not a bad way to spend a day. Would I do it again? Maybe. It was a fun experiment, and I learned a few things along the way. That’s what it’s all about, right?
