- Turned boring coconut rice into “Mermaid’s Pearl Rice” with blue butterfly pea flowers and pineapple chunks
- Made shrimp summer rolls but wrapped them in rainbow rice paper – called “Sky Serpent Wraps”
Testing Like Crazy
My kitchen looked like a war zone. Burnt three batches of rice trying to get the blue color right. Almost set off the smoke detector with chili flakes. The real disaster? The “Dragon Egg” dessert where I stuffed too much chili in chocolate balls – nearly burned my cousin’s tongue off.
