Okay, so I got really into this whole ’90s supermodel thing recently, and Heidi Klum was, like, the icon, right?

So I started by just diving into Google Images. I just typed in “Heidi Klum 90s” and, boom, a ton of pictures. I spent a good hour just scrolling, saving the ones I liked best.
Getting the Vibe
Then I moved to videos, watched some old runway shows. Youtube is amazing. And old MTV clips? Goldmine! I really wanted to see how she moved, you know, her whole vibe, not just the still photos.
- I noticed her hair was often big and bouncy.
- The makeup was pretty natural, lots of browns and nudes.
- And the clothes… well, it was the ’90s, so a mix of everything! Slip dresses, oversized blazers, you name it.
I created a mood board. And I picked out my favorite looks, think about what I could maybe recreate with stuff I already own, or maybe find in a thrift store.
The Real Work
Then it was time to actually, you know, try stuff out. I dug through my closet. I also hit up the thrift shop.I was looking for anything that felt ’90s.
The makeup, I mean, that was the easy. I can do a brown smoky eye. The hair, though… I tried to get that volume. Hairspray, lots of it. It’s not as easy!

Finally,I put together a few outfits, took some pictures and I feel pretty good about it! It was fun to step outside my usual style and, hey, maybe I’ll even wear some of this stuff out. You know, for a ’90s night, maybe?
