One thing I’d definitely say to keep in mind: always, always double-check if something is marked “final sale.” Those items, you’re usually stuck with them, no returns, no exchanges. Everlane definitely has those, especially when they’re running big sales. I made sure my shirt wasn’t one of those before I even bothered starting the return. Always pays to read the fine print on the product page when you’re buying, just saves a headache later.
