Okay, so I’ve been seeing this Dior Riviera Pop-Up thing all over my social media lately, and let me tell you, the FOMO was real. I finally caved and decided to check it out. First off, I had to figure out where this thing even was.
Turns out, they’ve got them in a bunch of fancy places like Beverly Hills, Saint-Tropez, Bali, and even Capri. I mean, talk about luxurious! The pop-up I went to was in Beverly Hills.
Once I got there, I started browsing around. They had everything from fashion to fragrances, beauty products, and accessories. You could tell it was all super high-end. I even looked online beforehand and saw that Dior is like, the most popular luxury brand online, so that’s saying something. I was particularly interested in their lipsticks and perfumes, ’cause I wanted to grab some gifts for my friends. I was wondering if the prices were better here than, like, online in the US, ’cause I’m planning a trip to Italy and France soon and wondered if I should just wait.
I spent a good amount of time checking out all the products, and let me tell you, it was a sensory overload in the best way possible. The whole place was decked out, and the packaging alone was a work of art. I mean, Dior really knows how to do “The Art of Gifting.”
I ended up grabbing a few lipsticks and a small bottle of perfume. I’m not gonna lie, the prices were a bit steep, but hey, it’s Dior. After making my purchase, I found out that the orders usually take between 1 to 4 days to prepare, and shipping could take another 1 to 5 days depending on where you send it to.
Overall, it was a fun experience, even if it was just a pop-up. It’s not something I’d do every day, but it was cool to see all the latest Dior stuff in person and feel like I was part of something exclusive. Now I just need to figure out if I should buy more stuff during my trip, or if I should have just waited to purchase them while I was in Europe!
