Okay, so I was scrolling through Netflix the other day, and I stumbled upon this show called “Bridgerton.” I’d heard some buzz about it, so I thought, “Why not?” And let me tell you, I was hooked from the first episode!
There’s this one actress in it, Claudia Jessie, who plays Eloise Bridgerton. She’s got this quirky, independent vibe that I totally dig. So, naturally, I went down the rabbit hole of trying to find out everything I could about her. You know how it is, late-night internet searching.
Finding out more about her
First off, I learned that her full name is Claudia Jessie Peyton. Apparently, she started her career in a police show called “WPC 56.” I haven’t seen it yet, but it’s definitely on my list now.
Then I found out something really interesting: she was homeschooled from the age of 14. I mean, how cool is that? I’ve always been fascinated by people who took the homeschooling route. She even grew up on a canal boat!
But here’s the part that really resonated with me: she’s been practicing Buddhism since she was 17. It turns out her mom and aunt introduced her to it to help her deal with anxiety and panic attacks. I’ve also struggled with anxiety in the past, so it was kind of comforting to know that someone who seems so confident and put-together has gone through similar things.
I read somewhere that she tries to live a really ethical life. That’s something I admire, especially in a world where it’s so easy to get caught up in, well, not doing that. It’s cool to see someone in the public eye using their platform to promote positive things. And it must have worked out, because being in “Bridgerton” seems like it was a huge turning point in her career. I mean, that show is massive!
Anyway, I just wanted to share my little deep dive into Claudia Jessie’s life. It’s always fun to learn more about the actors who bring our favorite characters to life. She seems like a genuinely interesting and down-to-earth person. And who knows, maybe I’ll even try to incorporate a little bit of that Buddhist philosophy into my own life. Namaste, right?
Alright, that’s all for now. I’ve got more episodes of “Bridgerton” to watch, so I’m gonna go do that. Peace out!
