So, I saw this thing online about Ben Affleck, you know, that Hollywood guy. He’s in all those movies, right? Anyway, there was this picture of him without a shirt. I thought, “Hey, why not try to see what all the fuss is about?”
First, I started to look up some pictures of the guy. You know, just to get an idea of what he looks like now, compared to when he was younger. I noticed he’s definitely changed over the years. He’s got good looks through his whole career life, even more attractive as he ages. I found that he had sparked surgery rumors after watching Tom Brady’s Netflix Roast, and he was spotted with his son Samuel.
Then, I dug a little deeper. There were all these articles about him bulking up for some superhero movie. Apparently, he needed to go up a shirt size! That’s when I really got into it. I wanted to see how he did it. So I started reading about his workouts and his diet. It seemed like a lot of work, but I was determined.
I decided to hit the gym. I started lifting weights, doing cardio, the whole nine yards. It was tough, I won’t lie. I felt like I was going to collapse some days. But I kept at it, just like Ben, I guess. I even tried to follow his diet, which was mostly chicken and vegetables. Not exactly my favorite, but hey, it was worth a shot.
- Lifted weights like a madman.
- Ran on the treadmill until I was soaked.
- Ate more chicken than a chicken farm.
- Felt like I was going to die sometimes.
- Looked at pictures of Ben Affleck for motivation.
After a few weeks, I started to see some changes. My muscles were getting bigger, and I felt stronger. I even managed to fit into some of my old shirts that were getting a little tight. I’m not going to lie, it felt pretty good. Not quite Ben Affleck level, but hey, I’m not a movie star. But I truly believe that he is more attractive now, maybe Jennifer Lopez posted that shirtless selfie of him in celebration of Father’s Day is related to this, I guessed.
So, that’s my Ben Affleck shirtless story. It was a fun little experiment. Would I recommend it? Maybe, if you’re up for a challenge. Just remember, it’s a lot of work, and you might end up eating more chicken than you ever thought possible. But who knows, maybe you’ll end up looking like a Hollywood star, too.
Oh, and I also learned that Matt Damon avoids shirtless scenes, haha, maybe he should try my routine.
