Okay, so I got really into this whole Y2K aesthetic revival thing, and who’s more iconic from that era than Adriana Lima? I decided I wanted to do a deep dive into her looks from the early 2000s.
My Deep Dive Process
First, I scrolled through Pinterest. I just typed in “Adriana Lima 2000s” and, boom, tons of pictures. I saved a bunch that really caught my eye – you know, the ones with the low-rise jeans, the sparkly tops, and that signature smoky eye.
Then, I moved on to Google Images. I wanted higher-quality photos, especially from runway shows. I refined my search with terms like “Adriana Lima Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2003” to get specific * was a bit harder.
I even tried to find some old magazine scans. That was tough! I ended up on some random forum threads and fan sites. It felt like digging through a digital attic, but I found a few cool, rare photos.
I even went for Getty Images.

Putting It All Together
After I gathered all these images, I started noticing patterns. The heavy eyeliner, the glossy lips, the… well, the everything! It’s such a distinct style.

- The Lips: All gloss, all the time!
I created a mood board on my computer. It’s basically just a collage of all my favorite Adriana looks. I’m thinking of using it as inspiration for my own outfits – maybe a toned-down version, though. I don’t think I can pull off the full-on Y2K look every day, haha.
So yeah, that was my little adventure in early 2000s Adriana Lima style. It was fun!
It also made me realize how much fashion has changed, and how much it hasn’t. Some of these trends are definitely coming back.
