Alright, so I woke up this morning thinkin’ ’bout Princess Beatrice again. She’s kinda underrated fashion-wise, right? Compared to Kate, I mean. Just popped into my head, really. Decided, hey, why not dig into her best looks? Pull together a proper Top 10? Sounded fun.
First step? Brain dump time. Grabbed my beat-up notebook – the one with the coffee stain on the cover. Scribbled down any Beatrice outfit I could remember right off the top of my head. That green floral dress… something at the Jubilee maybe?… oh yeah, that sparkly one she wore to the No Time To Die premiere! Kinda thin list at this point, needed way more.
Hit the internet hard. Frantically Googled “Princess Beatrice outfits,” “Beatrice Fashion,” “Beatrice Wedding Guest dress”… you get the picture. Pages and pages of results. Ended up with like, 30 different looks just piled up. My browser tabs were lookin’ like a disaster zone! Spent ages going through Getty Images too, those pictures are usually sharp. Scrolled Instagram hashtags – tons of royal fan accounts had good stuff.
Then came the tough part: actually picking only TEN. Man, it was brutal. Had them all jumbled in my head. Needed a system. Made myself a little checklist:

- Style: Did it really suit HER, y’know? Fit her personality?
- Occasion: Big event? Royal wedding? Cool location?
- Personal fav? Had to sneak one in just ’cause I loved it!
Started sorting them. Spreadsheets? Nah, too fancy. I literally printed out tiny thumbnails of all the main contenders I’d found. Cut them out. Then dumped ’em all on my kitchen table. Rearranged ’em like puzzle pieces, trying to figure out the ranking. This blue one next to that pink one… which felt “better”?
Got stuck big time around spots 3 to 7. Argued with myself! Almost gave up. Seriously considered making it a Top 15 just to cheat. Had to force myself to be ruthless. That one lovely dress? Only wore it to drop the kids at school? Probably not top-tier impact. Put it aside. Brutal!
Thought I was almost done. Then realized I had zero info on one dress! Needed specifics – who designed it? When exactly did she wear it? Back down the Google rabbit hole I went. Found one I loved but turns out the date was wrong. Doh! Fixed it. Spent like another hour just double-checking facts. Ain’t no one wanna call me out! Did you know she actually wore a borrowed Queen Elizabeth dress for her wedding? Ended up makin’ the cut, that’s a cool story.
Felt the order finally click. The No Time To Die shimmer? Had to be number one. Slam dunk. That bright red coat dress at Trooping? Top five material. My personal soft spot? The pink engagement announcement outfit. Had to include it!
Writing it up was the easy part. Just described each look quick, explained why it ranked. Focused on why it worked. Forgot lunch! Seriously burnt my toast later ’cause I was proofreadin’. Saw a typo? Fixed it fast. Previewed the post – looked clean, read easy.
Punched that publish button! Instant snack run needed, all that concentration wore me out. Now I’m just waitin’ to see if anyone even cares about Beatrice’s clothes as much as I apparently do! Mission accomplished though. Phew!
