My Little Dive into the Bella Hadid Off-White Look

Alright, so the other day I was just scrolling online, you know how it is, killing some time. And I kept seeing these pictures pop up – Bella Hadid wearing Off-White stuff. It caught my eye, definitely looked different, kinda edgy but still put together.

First thing I did, naturally, was try to figure out what exactly she was wearing in one particular photo. I think it was some kind of jacket or maybe cool pants, can’t remember exactly which picture grabbed me first. So, I started searching around, trying to find the specific items. Let me tell you, that was a quick reality check. Saw the prices for actual Off-White pieces and thought, okay, maybe not exactly that piece for me right now!

But I still liked the vibe. It got me thinking about how to get that kind of style without, you know, spending a fortune. So, I started breaking it down in my head:

  • What makes it look like that?
  • Is it the loose fit?
  • The mix of casual stuff with something a bit more structured?
  • Maybe the specific colors or graphics?

I went over to my own closet. Pulled out a few things. Got an old oversized hoodie, some cargo pants I hadn’t worn in a while, and my chunkier sneakers. Started messing around, putting things together in front of the mirror. Tried cuffing the pants differently, layering the hoodie under an old denim jacket I had.

It wasn’t about copying her outfit exactly, more like capturing the feel of it. That streetwear, slightly industrial, but still fashionable look. I spent maybe half an hour just trying different combinations with stuff I already owned. Added a beanie I found in the back of the drawer.

Then I actually wore a version of my ‘inspired’ outfit out to run some errands. Felt pretty comfortable, actually. A bit different from my usual go-to clothes, which was fun. It wasn’t identical to Bella’s look, obviously, but it felt like I’d managed to borrow some of that Off-White energy using my own things.

My main takeaway? You don’t always need the exact expensive item. Sometimes just understanding the idea behind a look – the silhouette, the layering, the attitude – is enough. You can often recreate a similar feeling with pieces you already have or much more affordable finds. It was a fun little style experiment for myself, just playing around with clothes based on something I saw. Definitely got me looking at my own wardrobe a bit differently.
