Okay, so today I messed around with something called “barrera’s menu.” I’d never heard of it before, but it looked kinda cool, so I figured, why not give it a shot?
Getting Started
First things first, I needed to actually find this thing. It is easy to get from github. I typed “barrera’s menu” into the search bar and boom, there it was. After I get into the page, I have to follow the instructions.
The Process
I download the code, I save it in my computer. It is a little bit confused when I saw so many code. It’s not very hard, I just follow the guide.
Figuring It Out
I opend some file, and start read them. I need to find the related function. Finally, I start to run and compile all the files.
Then, I start to change some words in the code, that I can see what part have been changed.
I also change some style, like color, I made the menu into my favorite color.
Wrapping Up
After I changed a lot of the code, I can see what have changed and the menu become a new one. And I think I can use it in some other place.
So yeah, that was my little adventure with “barrera’s menu” today. Not super exciting, but hey, I learned something new, and that’s always a win in my book!
