Alright, guys, so I saw this trend going around about getting a super close-up, high-definition shot of, well, anything really, but I decided to jump on the Meghan Markle train. Figured, why not? She’s always in the news, and I wanted to see if I could capture a really detailed image myself.

Getting Started
First things first, I needed a good picture to work with. I didn’t grab my camera and stalk the poor woman, obviously. I just hopped online and did some searching. It’s actually surprisingly hard to find a truly high-resolution, close-up photo that’s also, you know, not blurry or weirdly lit.
The Editing Process
- Finding the Right Photo: Honestly, this took the longest. Scrolling through tons of images… ugh.
- Software Time:I tried some free program and did some adjust.
- Sharpening, Sharpening, Sharpening:I try to use tool to adjust the picture.
- Detail Enhancement:There is tool that helps you try to enhance the little things, like pores and fine lines. It’s kinda creepy, but it’s the whole point of this close-up thing.
- Color Correction: Make sure it all looks natural.
The Final Result
After playing around for, I don’t know, maybe a half hour I finally got something I was happy with. It’s a pretty intense close-up.I feel I did a good job to create a close up picture.
