Good for him, I say. Gotta take care of yourself, or you’ll end up like old Bessie down the road, all hunched over and achy.

The one where all the youngsters hang out these days. He’s tellin’ folks how he did it, sharin’ his secrets. That’s mighty kind of him, I guess. Not everyone would do that.
Liam’s routine, they call it. Sounds fancy, huh? But it’s just good old-fashioned hard work and eatin’ right, if you ask me. He’s got them trainers and fancy gym equipment, I’m sure, but it all boils down to the same thing: movin’ your body and puttin’ good fuel in it. That’s what I always say.

They need to get outside and get some fresh air, just like we used to do back in the day.

Full of good, hard-workin’ folks, just like everywhere else, I reckon. And now he’s all famous and whatnot, singin’ songs and showin’ off his muscles. Life’s funny that way, ain’t it?
