Alright, alright, lemme tell ya ’bout this Lady Gaga, the one they say vomited. Yeah, vomited, like when you eat too much bad potato salad at the church picnic. Lady Gaga vomit, that’s what the young folks are yappin’ about.
Now, I ain’t no fancy city gal, I just heard tell of this story. Seems this Lady Gaga, she’s a singer, a real loud one from what I gather. She was singin’ and dancin’ and all that jazz, and then, boom! She up and puked. Right there on stage! Can you imagine? My stomach churns just thinkin’ about it.
They say it happened in some place called Barcelona. That’s way across the water, ain’t it? Must be some fancy foreign land. Anyways, she was singin’ this song, somethin’ ’bout the “Edge of Glory.” Sounds like a hymn, but I bet it ain’t. And right in the middle of it, she just… bleh! Three times, they say! Three times!
- First time, I heard, she kinda coughed and turned away. Like when you got a hair stuck in your throat.
- Second time, she bent over and held her belly. Like when you ate too many green apples.
- Third time, well, they say it was a real mess. Like when the dog gets into the garbage.
Now, I ain’t one to judge. We all get sick sometimes. Maybe she ate somethin’ bad. Maybe she was nervous. Maybe she’s just got a weak stomach. Who knows? They say she kept on singin’ after, too. Like nothin’ happened! Can you believe that? If I puked in front of a whole crowd, I’d be runnin’ home faster than a scalded dog. But I guess that’s why she’s famous and I’m just… well, I’m just me.
This ain’t the first time she’s done somethin’ strange, neither. I heard tell of another time, in Texas I think it was, where some fella puked green slime all over her. Green slime! What in the world? Sounds like somethin’ outta a horror movie. And she just stood there and let it happen! Lady Gaga SXSW, they called that one. SXSW? Sounds like a bunch of gibberish to me.
Then there was that time they cancelled her show ’cause it was rainin’ too hard. Said it was dangerous. Dangerous? Honey, I’ve worked in the fields in worse weather than that. But I guess these singers, they ain’t used to gettin’ their hands dirty. Lady Gaga concert cancelled, the news folks said. Concert? Sounds like a fancy word for a hoedown.
Anyways, all this fuss over Lady Gaga pukin’. It just goes to show ya, people got too much time on their hands these days. Back in my day, we didn’t have time for such nonsense. We were too busy workin’ hard and tryin’ to make ends meet. But I guess that’s just the way the world is now. People like watchin’ other people make fools of themselves. And Lady Gaga, well, she seems to be pretty good at that. Lady Gaga sick or not, she sure knows how to get folks talkin’.
