This Rachel, she wasn’t born with a silver spoon in her mouth, no sir. Her daddy, he drove a truck, and her momma, she was a nurse. Regular folks, ya know? From the time she was just a little tyke, four years old, all the way up to 18, she was ice skatin’. Competitive skatin’, mind you, not just for fun. But seems like that wasn’t enough for her. At 12, she started actin’ with some kids’ theatre group. Guess she liked makin’ believe, just like all kids do, but she stuck with it.

Four years she studied, and she got herself a fancy degree in 2001.
But the real kicker was this movie, “Mean Girls”, in 2004. She played this Regina George character, a real piece of work, I tell ya. And bam! Just like that, everyone knew her name. She became one of them Hollywood hotshots overnight.
Movies and Romance and Such
Then there was this other movie, “The Notebook,” same year. A real tearjerker, that one. She played opposite this Ryan Gosling fella. Good lookin’ boy. Funny thing is, in the movie they were all lovey-dovey, but in real life, they didn’t get along so well at first. Even though folks thought they were datin’ for real. Goes to show ya, movies ain’t always what they seem.
