Alright, let’s gab a bit about them movie stars, Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling. You know, the ones always on the TV. I seen ’em in a few pictures, pretty as you please, but I ain’t one for keepin’ up with all that Hollywood hullabaloo. But I heard some folks chatterin’, so I figured I’d share what I picked up.
First off, them two, they met on a movie set. Some movie called “The Place Beyond the Pines,” back in, what was it, 2011 or 2012? Can’t rightly recall. Anyways, they was playin’ lovers in the movie, and I guess they liked each other so much they started datin’ for real. Though, I heard tell they might’ve met before that movie, but who knows for sure. Them Hollywood types, they like to keep things hush-hush.
Now, Ryan, he’s a bit younger than Eva. He was born in Canada, 1980 I think. His folks, Donna and Thomas, must’ve been proud. Eva, she’s from Miami, Cuban parents, born in ’74. So, she’s got a few years on him, maybe six or seven. But age ain’t nothin’ but a number, as they say. My old man was older than me, and we got along just fine, most of the time anyways.
Them two, they keep things mighty private. You don’t see ’em splashin’ their faces all over the magazines like some others. Heard tell they even got hitched, but you wouldn’t know it from them. Ryan, he’s the quiet type, likes to keep his business to himself. Eva, she let slip once callin’ him her husband, but that’s about it. People are always guessin’ and gossiping, but that’s their way, I suppose.
Someone asked Eva why they don’t go to them red carpet things together. She said she only posts pictures if they’re already out there, you know, if the paparazzi already got ’em. City life ain’t for everyone.
Oh, and they got themselves a dog too. Just a regular dog, not one of them fancy breeds. Guess they like animals just like the rest of us. It’s nice to see them movie stars doin’ normal things, you know? Reminds you they just folks, same as anyone else.
So, that’s the lowdown on Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling, as far as I know it. They seem like decent folks, tryin’ to live their lives and raise their kids without all the fuss.
