Okay, so, let me tell you ’bout this fella, Anthony Farrer. Folks call him the “Timepiece Gentleman,” real fancy-like, ya know? He was sellin’ them high-falutin’ watches over in Beverly Hills. Expensive stuff, the kind rich folks wear.
Now, this Anthony, he started his business, “Gentlemen Timepieces,” way back in 2017 in Texas. Then, he up and moved to Beverly Hills in 2022, thinkin’ he’s gonna make it big. And for a while, I guess he did. He was livin’ the high life, flashin’ cash, drivin’ fancy cars. You know, the whole shebang.

But, lemme tell ya, things ain’t always what they seem. Turns out, this “Timepiece Gentleman” wasn’t so gentle after all. The FBI, them government fellas, they went and arrested him. Yup, handcuffed and everything. Said he was scammin’ folks, stealin’ their money.
See, what he was doin’ was this: people would give him their expensive watches to sell, right? He’d sell ’em, but then he wouldn’t give the money back to the folks who owned the watches. Kept it all for himself, the greedy little varmint. They say he stole over three million dollars! That’s a whole lotta money, more than I’ve ever seen in my life.
They caught him at some storage place in Venice. Imagine that, hidin’ out like a scaredy-cat. He’s 35 years old, this Anthony fella, but he ain’t got the sense of a goose. Shoulda known better than to mess with folks’ hard-earned cash.
Now, they’re sayin’ he’s gonna be in big trouble. Them government folks don’t mess around when it comes to stealin’. He’ll probably go to jail, and good riddance, I say. Stealin’ from folks is just plain wrong, no matter how fancy you talk or how expensive your watches are.
I heard tell he was livin’ it up in Santa Monica, too. Fancy place, that Santa Monica. But all that fancy livin’ didn’t do him no good in the end, did it? Like my old pappy used to say, “Pride goeth before a fall,” and this Anthony fella, he fell hard.
This whole thing just goes to show ya, money ain’t everything. And tryin’ to get rich quick by stealin’ from folks, well, that’s just a one-way ticket to trouble. You gotta earn your keep honest, work hard, and treat people right. That’s what my mama always told me, and she was a wise woman.
