Okay, so I’ve been seeing Anya Taylor-Joy everywhere lately, and her physique is just… wow. I’m not trying to be creepy or anything, but I was genuinely curious about how she stays in such great shape. So, I decided to do a little digging and, more importantly, try to incorporate some of her habits into my own routine. No, I’m not aiming to be her, just drawing some inspiration, you know?

Digging Around
First things first, I scoured the internet. Magazine articles, interviews, anything I could find that mentioned her fitness or diet. It’s kinda scattered, but I pieced together some common themes:
- Ballet: This girl is big on ballet. Makes sense, given her posture and grace. It’s not just for little kids in tutus; it’s a serious workout.
- Pilates: Another one for flexibility and core strength. Seems like she’s all about that long, lean muscle.
- Walking:Apprently she likes just go outside for long walks.
- Diet: From what I gathered, she’s mostly plant-based, but not super strict. More about whole foods and listening to her body.
My Experiment
Okay, so here’s what I actually did. I’m not a professional dancer, and I don’t have a personal trainer, so I kept it realistic:
- Ballet-Inspired Workouts: I found some beginner-friendly ballet workout videos online. Holy moly, my legs were burning after just 20 minutes! I’m not gonna lie, I felt kinda clumsy at first, but I’m sticking with it a few times a week.
- Pilates: I already do some Pilates, so I just upped the frequency. Focusing on those core muscles, trying to get that nice, toned look.
- Walking More: Easy peasy. I live in a walkable city.
- Plant-Based-ish: I’m not going full vegan, but I’m definitely trying to eat more veggies and less processed stuff. Swapping out some meat for beans, more salads, that kind of thing.
The Results (So Far)
It’s been a few weeks, and I’m not suddenly Anya Taylor-Joy, obviously. But I do feel better. My posture is a little improved, I feel stronger, and I have more energy. The ballet workouts are still kicking my butt, but in a good way. And honestly, just moving my body more and eating cleaner has made a difference in my mood.
It is not about the goal, it’s all about keeping moving, and enjoying every step. That’s all I want to share for today!
