Okay, so I’ve been hearing so much buzz about Creed’s new fragrance, Queen of Silk. Everyone’s going crazy for it, saying it’s this super luxurious, opulent scent. Naturally, I had to get my hands on it and see what all the fuss was about. My journey with this perfume wasn’t some planned thing,I just randomly decided to try and so I did.

Getting My Hands on It
First step, obviously, was finding a bottle. I checked the usual high-end department stores, and yep, there it was, gleaming under the lights. Creed displays are always so fancy, it felt like I was about to pick up a crown jewel or something.
I did a spray on one of those little paper strips. First impression? Whoa, that’s…intense. I mean, it definitely smelled expensive, but it was a lot to take in all at once. I decided to wear it and went for a short trip to the mall.
The First Wear Test
- Spritz, Spritz: I sprayed it on my wrists and neck. Felt a little bit like a queen, not gonna lie. The bottle itself is gorgeous, by the way – heavy, purple, totally luxurious.
- Initial Notes: At the very *’s *, REALLY strong. I think I got a big hit of the osmanthus and magnolia right away. It was floral, but not in a light, airy way. This was a bold, in-your-face floral.
- The Dry-Down: This is where things got interesting. After about an hour, it started to settle down. The tuberose and passionfruit came through, making it a bit sweeter and fruitier. It still had that intense vibe, but it was more…complex, I guess?
- The Long Haul: Okay, this stuff LASTS. I’m talking all day. Like, I could still smell it on my clothes the next morning. That’s some serious staying power.
My Thoughts, Honestly
I am gonna put this *’s growing on *’s definitely a statement *’re not going to be subtle wearing *’s for when you want to feel powerful and glamorous.
It’s an event perfume, not an everyday one, at least for me. I wouldn’t wear this to the grocery store, you know? But for a special occasion? *’s the kind of scent that makes you feel like you’re walking on a red carpet, even if you’re just going out for dinner.
It’s not quite what I expected, based on all the hype. I thought it would be softer, maybe? But I’m not mad about *’s a different kind of beautiful. It’s a confident, unapologetic kind of beautiful.

Would I recommend it? If you like bold, long-lasting fragrances, and you’re looking for something that feels truly luxurious, then yeah, give it a try. Just be prepared for that initial blast of scent! Maybe don’t spray it right before you get in an elevator, haha.
