So, I’ve been obsessed with Kendall Jenner’s physique forever. I mean, who isn’t? She’s a supermodel, after all. I finally decided to take the plunge and try to follow her routine, at least as much as the internet says she does. It wasn’t about becoming a clone, but more about adopting some healthy habits, you know?

Starting the Day Right
First off, mornings. I’m not a morning person, but Kendall apparently is. She wakes up super early, like 6:30 AM, and hits the gym by 7. That was tough, honestly. But I dragged myself out of bed, and you know what? It wasn’t so bad after a few days. I even started feeling more energized throughout the day.
Food Choices
Kendall’s diet is all about balance, which I liked. No crazy restrictions, just smart choices. Lots of lean proteins like chicken and fish, tons of veggies, and whole grains. I started with breakfast. Usually, I’d just grab a muffin or something, but I switched to avocado and eggs, like Kendall. Took some getting used to, but it kept me full for hours! I started to choose more proteins and some vegetables in other meals, such as chicken, turkey, seafood, and eggs, along with vegetables such as avocado, broccoli, and zucchini, and whole grains like oats and brown rice.
Hitting the Gym
Now, the workouts. She works out for like an hour a day, either at home or with a trainer. I don’t have a personal trainer, but I found some routines online that were supposedly inspired by hers. Lots of stretching and strengthening, especially for the core. She is using techniques for stretching and strengthening muscles. I felt like I was using muscles I didn’t even know I had!
The Results?
- Energy Boost: Waking up early and working out gave me so much more energy. I was surprised.
- Better Sleep: I started sleeping like a baby. No more tossing and turning.
- Feeling Stronger: I definitely felt stronger and more toned after a few weeks.
- Mindful Eating: I was paying more attention to what I ate, and I actually enjoyed healthy food more.
It wasn’t a complete transformation, and I definitely didn’t turn into Kendall Jenner overnight. I did it, and kept my weight at around 128 pounds. But I felt healthier, stronger, and more in tune with my body. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about feeling good, right? And I definitely felt good. I think it’s all about finding what works for you and sticking with it, even if it’s just a little bit at a time. Just like Kendall, I kept my diet simple yet beneficial for my health. This experience taught me that it’s the small, consistent changes that make the biggest difference.
