Alright, wanted to share how I went about finding the New York Fashion Week dates for 2025 today. It wasn’t rocket science, but you know how sometimes finding specific dates way in advance can be a bit hit or miss.
So, first thing I did was just open up my web browser. Pretty standard stuff. Went straight to my usual search engine.
I typed in something simple like “New York Fashion Week 2025 schedule” or maybe it was “NYFW 2025 dates”. Can’t remember exactly which phrase I used first, probably tried a couple.
Naturally, a whole load of pages came up. Lots of fashion blogs, news sites, that kind of thing. Some were still talking about the last season, or just speculating. You gotta sift through that stuff.
Sorting Through the Noise
I skipped past the articles that looked like gossip or predictions. I was looking for something more concrete. Usually, the official CFDA site is the best bet, or sometimes major fashion publications get the official announcement early.
Kept scrolling… clicked on a link that looked promising. Might have been WWD, Vogue, or maybe even the CFDA’s own site update, I think. Landed on a page that seemed to have the official word.

There it was, listed out. They usually have two main seasons, right? Spring/Summer shown in the fall, and Fall/Winter shown early in the year.
Got the Dates
So, based on what I found, here’s what seems to be locked in for 2025:
- NYFW: February 2025 – Looks like it’s set for around the second week, maybe Friday the 7th through Wednesday the 12th, something like that.
- NYFW: September 2025 – This one usually kicks off right after Labor Day. So, probably looking at Friday, September 5th to Wednesday, September 10th, give or take.
Important note: These things can sometimes shift a tiny bit, but this is what the official sources are putting out there right now. Felt good to get those penciled into my calendar.
So yeah, that was my little task for the day. Just involved some basic searching and clicking around until I landed on a reliable source. Pretty straightforward process, really. Just wanted to share how I tracked it down.
