Okay, so I saw this crazy Jojo Siwa outfit the other day, all covered in those fluffy puff balls, and I thought, “I gotta try making that!” I mean, who doesn’t love a good, over-the-top, colorful project? Seriously, it looked insane and fun.

Getting Started
First things first, I gathered my materials. This involved a trip to the craft store, which, let’s be honest, is always a dangerous place for my wallet. I grabbed:
- A plain white outfit. I chose simple shirt and pants.
- Bags and bags of colorful puff balls. Seriously, I bought like, way more than I thought I’d need. All different sizes, too.
- A hot glue gun. My trusty crafting companion. And extra glue sticks, of course.
- Some cardboard, protect my work surface.
The Messy Part
So, I laid out the cardboard and put clothes on top. Then, I started gluing. There’s really no secret method here, folks. I just picked up a puff ball, added a dab of hot glue, and stuck it on the clothes. Then I did it again. And again. And again. Until my fingers start burned.
It got pretty messy, pretty fast. Puff balls were rolling everywhere. Glue strings were getting all over the place. I probably inhaled a few stray puff balls, too. Don’t judge me.
Taking Shape
After what felt like forever (probably a few hours, with breaks to binge-watch some TV), I started to see some progress. The clothes were slowly transforming from plain white to a rainbow explosion of fluff. It actually looked kind of cool, in a crazy, chaotic way.
I made sure to mix up the colors and sizes of the puff balls, to give it that real Jojo Siwa vibe. I focused more puff ball on shoulder and outline.

The Final Result
Finally, I finished! I stepped back to admire my handiwork. It was…intense. But in a good way! It was definitely something Jojo Siwa would wear. I even tried it on, and it was surprisingly comfortable. Itchy, a little, but comfortable. It felt like I got a big warm hug!
Would I wear it out in public? Probably not. Unless it’s for a costume party. Or maybe if I’m feeling particularly brave. But it was a super fun project, and I’m glad I did it. It’s definitely a conversation starter, that’s for sure!
