I went to a bunch of stores. I swatched so many lipsticks and nail polishes, my hand looked like a rainbow, but the wrong kind. Nothing was quite right. Some were too orange, some were too pink, some were just…blah.
Then. Find it!I found this one lipstick, it was the perfect Valentino Red!
I swiped it on and, I’m not even kidding, I felt instantly more…powerful? Glamorous? Something like that. It was amazing how just a color could do that.
I’ve been wearing it almost every day since. It’s my little secret weapon. Feeling down? Red lipstick. Big meeting? Red lipstick. Just want to feel a little extra? You guessed it – red lipstick.
It’s funny how something so simple can make such a big difference. It’s not just about the color, it’s about how it makes me feel. And that, my friends, is priceless.
