Okay, so today I wanna talk about what I did at 1300 Broadmoor. Let me tell you, it was a bit of a journey, but a fun one.
First off, I got this lead about a property, 1300 Broadmoor Ln in Irving, TX. Nice place, or so I heard. So, I packed my bag and headed out there to check it out myself. When I arrived, I saw this big house, 5,309 square feet to be exact. It was huge!
I started by walking around the outside. The lot is almost an acre, 0.91 acres, to be precise. Plenty of space. I took a bunch of pictures, about 36 of them, trying to capture every angle of this single-family home. Then I went inside.
Inside, I found four bedrooms and four bathrooms, well, three full baths and one half bath. The place had wood-beam ceilings, which looked pretty cool, and two fireplaces. There was so much natural light coming in, I barely needed to turn on any lights. I walked through each room, snapping more pictures and jotting down notes.
- Checked out the three living areas.
- Noticed the asking price was around $1,499,900.
- Saw that it had been on the market for about 21 days.
- Made note of the listing price per square foot, somewhere around $621.
I spent a good chunk of time there, just soaking it all in. I imagined what it would be like to live there, figured out where I’d put my stuff. It’s a really nice place, no doubt about it.
After I felt like I had a good grasp of the place, I packed up my camera and notepad and headed back home. I uploaded all the photos to my computer and started putting together my report.
